18 years of hands-on procurement, 12 of them on oil and gas EPC projects. I was responsible for 103 commodity packages across five projects for Equinor, Shell, Lundin and ExxonMobil. For the last 4 years I have built the web apps corporate supply chain and Legal run on. I built and owned the supplier management portal end to end, with 1,300+ users, and I am now moving the corporate contracts repository to .NET and Angular, with agentic capability going into the product itself.
